I don't think the fact that she's 15 is relevant to be honest, nor do I feel that should be held against him. his behavior was disgusting. but the girl was in a club for people over 18 years old and dressed like a 25 year old hootchie-mama and she looks like she's having a pretty good time in her pictures and in the video she wasn't yelling "put me down" or protesting.
so how exactly was he supposed to know she's 15? telepathy?

Actually, forget flogging. I think the Islamic punishment in this case would be to have your leg and arm cut off.

When a criminal is caught, then he is to be held accountable for the consequences of his actions, even if he did not foresee them. So if you rape an under-aged girl, then you better expect that you will be held accountable for this, even if you thought she was an adult. |
