She' be trying to push the person away, clawing at his face and shoulders, or punching him, screaming for help, telling him to stop, etc etc.

Or to make it real simple like Yusuf [AS] pointed out so nicely - if he was pursuing the women, then the front of his shirt would be torn. And if she was pursuing him, then the back of his shirt would be torn.

Of course after the fact the girl can have buyer's remorse and say it was disgusting and blah blah blah, but at the point of sale if she didn't object, then she's standing on some pretty thin ice.
