Anyway, does he even actually claim to be Muslim? Or does he just have a Muslim background?

Hmm, that's a good question. I dunno. I guess we tend to include people who are lapsed Muslims into the Muslim fold, because some Muslims (like others too I guess) tend to go through phases in their life where they're more religious, and others where they're less religious, and even lapsed. Basically until someone says "I am not a Muslim anymore", they're still Muslim, kinda.

I'm not saying that what he did was acceptable, but worse things happen everyday. And she doesn't seem to be protesting, so that can be seen as consent, and in that case (As far as I know) it can't be classified as rape.

Sister, she could well have been in shock, and she might have been resisting, but this may not have been apparent in the video, due to the overwhelming strength of mr. acorn. |

lol how can you tell she wasn't resisting, you can barely hear anything on the video? the guy was holding her so tight and almost raping her. i mean common your being really stupid now, your attitude kinda reminds of some people in muslims countries who punish the rape victim instead of the rapist. |
