Queen Rania campaigns on Youtube to counter Arab stereotypes
YouTube - YOUTUBE EXCLUSIVE: Send me your stereotypes
YouTube - QueenRania's Channel
However minute this may be, imo, every effort counts.
Quote:
Queen Rania has played a significant role in reaching out to the global community to foster values of tolerance and acceptance, and increase cross-cultural dialogue.
Regionally and internationally, Queen Rania has campaigned for a greater understanding between cultures in such high profile forums as the Jeddah Economic Forum, the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University, and the Skoll Foundation in the UK.
We hope to bring you some of these clips soon, but until then, Queen Rania wants you to join in this conversation to bring down stereotypes and build bridges between our virtual East-West communities.

can i assume that was for me?
i understand ppl have different opinions and i actually support ppls decision in either donning or doffing the hijab. but it was disgraceful of her to put down hijabis in the manner that she did

Hodja picked up a bunch of grapes, cut it up into pieces and gave each child a piece.
"You have so much, but you gave us so little," the children complained.
"There is no difference whether you have a basketful or a small piece. They all taste the same," Hodja remarked.

Re: Queen Rania campaigns on Youtube to counter Arab stereotypes
I can't really respect someone who spends more per year on themselves than a typical Jordanian family will spend on food in 5...whatever.

I haven't seen her speak much but this isn't a bad idea. At least she's doing something instead of complaining.

What's a habla?
Anyway, I heard somewhere that a very large proportion of Jordanian women do not wear the hijab. So isn't she just doing the same?
