That's the one I had looked at, and has been there forever.

This particular case really isn't anything special, from what I understand. It's a tad out of the ordinary, but I wouldn't even be surprised if it had happened before and this particular individual is just an attention grabber. You can call yourself a man all you want but if you still have female anatomy, you're not.

I don't think it's a hoax but I still think it's misleading. The "man" is not really a man but a woman who is only "legally" a man... s/he has the internal organs for a child because s/he was a woman. When someone says "man" pregnant, I'm think someone XY pregnant.
