Lazy Pakistanis watch as Pakistan turns into Islamic Jannat of Afghanistan

Yet another explosion, and more innocents die.
Yet the lazy Pakistanis, play the fiddle while Lahore burned

It is so ironic, that Jihadis are successfully carving out, bombing out, killing and maiming people in the name of Islam, and yet Pakistanis are busy debating the virtues of democracy, America, and Palestine.

For historians, this scene is eerily similar to the time when Abbasi Khilfat was about to go down the drain, and yet the Baghdadis were busy debating that Quran is Khaliq or Makhlooq.

If it was another nation, especially an alive nation, everyone would have gathered around, shoulder to shoulder, ready to defend the motherland.

Unfortunately, Pakistanis have now become living copies of Afghanis ready to import all the virtues and vices of the Islamic Jannat of Afghanistan/saudia

May God protect our motherland, as few of its citizens are ready to protect it, ready to do their duty.

Why did you include Saudi Arabia in the title? Saudi Arabia is one of the safest countries in the world to live in. It has the lowest crime rate in the world. Lowest assaults/robberies, etc etc...

What is there anyone can do to protect Pakistan and improve the situation? The problem is obvious, what's the solution? I think people are misinterpreting despair for apathy. Pakistani's certainly care about their country, but what can they do?

That happens in the history of nearly every nation. It happened in America, and more than once - it also happened in Yemen, in the USSR, in Yugoslavia, current day Serbia / Kosova, etc.

That happens in the history of nearly every nation. It happened in America, and more than once - it also happened in Yemen, in the USSR, in Yugoslavia, current day Serbia / Kosova, etc.

So you don't think that rampant poverty, suicide bombings which kill up to 100 people each week are problems? It's not just civil strife. Civil strife seems to imply that both sides are against eachother, or equal participants in the violence. You might be able to say that when militants attack the military, but not when they attack funerals and civilians in general.

I think the Paksitani people don't see it as simple civil strife.

Yes, some of the really retarded attacks are indeed incomprehensible. But please don't make it sound as if that's the only civil strife going on. There's much more crap that's been going on for years and years.

The other sunni-shia scraps [including suicide bombings] are understandable. The violence and lawlessness in Karachi is understandable. The non-Muhajir vs. Muhajir violence is understandable. All that makes up a lot of civil strife.

The Pakistani media, like its peers in the West, is simply focusing on anything that's controversial or sensational. And right now, its en vogue to use attention-grabbing headlines that blame XYZ elements for the ruckus on the western border because that's what makes money and keeps the masses occupied.

That's true, but people seem to accept the other civil strife as kinda normal, and acceptable. They really are upset with the current wave of terrorism comming from the tribal area.

What to do about poverty, inflation, those are the biggest problems.
