Danish Cartoonist dies
Allahu Akbar!
Allahumma Aizzal Islama wal Muslimeen.
One of the danish cartoonist who drew the pictures of our prophet pbuh has been given death. May Allah Azzawajaal give him what he deserves.

Astaghfirullah.
That's a horrible dua to make for anyone. Disregarding his deeds, he was still a human, and his death is nothing to celebrate. Especially when we cannot predict our own standing in faith, its possible Allah hates one of our deeds much more than any of his.
When it comes to certain actions of people, It should be enough for us to know that Allah is most Just. No need to get ugly.

Ninjas can kill anyone they want! Ninjas cut off heads ALL the time and don't even think twice about it. These guys are so crazy and awesome that they flip out ALL the time. I heard that there was this ninja who was eating at a diner. And when some dude dropped a spoon the ninja killed the whole town. My friend Mark said that he saw a ninja totally uppercut some kid just because the kid opened a window.

The Ummah is seriously messed up when people say stuff like this about those who insult and deride the Rasulallah [saws]. Please go check our history to see how the Prophet himself and the Muslims dealt with such people before and after their deaths.

I'm not finding this in report in mainstream media. You know that some 12 people contributed to the cartoons, and not all of them were negative portrayals right?

From Sahih Bukhari
Volume 8, Book 73, Number 57:
Narrated 'Abdullah bin Mulaika:
'Aisha said that the Jews came to the Prophet and said, "As-Samu 'Alaikum" (death be on you). 'Aisha said (to them), "(Death) be on you, and may Allah curse you and shower His wrath upon you!" The Prophet said, "Be calm, O 'Aisha ! You should be kind and lenient, and beware of harshness and Fuhsh (i.e. bad words)." She said (to the Prophet), "Haven't you heard what they (Jews) have said?" He said, "Haven't you heard what I have said (to them)? I said the same to them, and my invocation against them will be accepted while theirs against me will be rejected (by Allah). "
Volume 8, Book 73, Number 58:
Narrated Anas bin Malik:
The Prophet was not one who would abuse (others) or say obscene words, or curse (others), and if he wanted to admonish anyone of us, he used to say: "What is wrong with him, his forehead be dusted!"
From that I gather that just becuase people do bad to us, we should not lower ourselves to their level and do the same or worse to them. Rather we should take the moral high road. The big point of those cartoons was to provoke Muslims to a violent reaction, so that everyone would see how violent Muslims are. Rather than controlling our tempers and replying to their taunts with civility, we sunk even further and Muslims all over the world fulilled the stereotype of the ignorant, violent, intollorent Muslim who knows nothing but "death to the infidel." In short, we failed completely.
