how does stating the obvious make him guilty? The first report on her assasination mentioned her being shot. Eye witness accounts mention gun shots. Sherry Rehman has stated that there were gunshot wound, she would known since she helped wash the body.

I don't like Musharaff any more than you, but I don't think he had anything to do with this. I also don't think Betullah Mehsud had anything to do with it, murdering her is not in his best interest. She has plenty of other enemies who follow the ideology that murder is wonderful, and quite ironically she herself fostered that kind of extremism when she was in power. To be killed by the very kinds of people you helped create is a horrible irony, but that's the most likely explanation.

Even if you beleive, as Zardari apparently does, that the PML-Q was behind it, they had to pay the kind of person who believes that murder and suicide guarantees jannah. Why else would a person blow themselves up and cause so much chaos?
