im against any state trying to sieze people's arms for self-defends and protection, and lord knows you probably need it even more up in those mountains where the air thin and all that LOL.

but pakistan already has sharia, why should the pathan get autonomy when other provinces dont? there is already a seperate lingustic province, that should be autonomony enough. especially in light of the fact that at the time of partition, most pathan's were supportors of the Indian National Congress, and not the All-India Muslim League, and voted in a referundum against partition or joining pakistan.

The only problem I have with implementing Shariah (or any other law in Pakistan really) is that the people who have authority to implement the laws are so corrupt (as are most of the people) that it's really worthless. Pakistan is a federal state. People in Subah Sarhad aren't rich enough to be corrupt.

Pakistan is a federal state.Congress boycotted the plebiscite. Check your facts
