I think the issue is more complicated than one party doing all the crimes against humanity. In Afghanistan, the Hazaras committed some atrocities against the Taliban and the Taliban responded in kind. Thats why its called a "cycle of violence."

Also, I wanted to point out that these types of extra-judicial killings do not truly represent Ahl us Sunnah wa'al Jam'ah but are more closer to the Khwaraaj sect.

Just cuz you ain't shia don't automatically make you sunni.
