What role did Al-Jazeera play in dividing the Palestinians? What role did Al-Jazeera play in distancing Arabs from the Palestinian issue? What role did Al-Jazeera play in bringing the lies of the Zionists like Sharon, Netanyahu, and others into Arab homes all over the Arab World? Why did Qatar allow the US to transport cluster bombs from Al Udeid Air Base in Qatar to Israel for use in Lebanon in the Summer of 2006? To top it off, it was the Qatari Prime Minister who traveled to Beirut to broker the end of that war.

It doesn’t need the US, Israel, or anyone else for Arab to attack Arab, or for Muslim to attack Muslim, it happens all the time, all over the place, for various reasons.

zionist controlled? have you even seen the channel? check it out on Free Online TV: Watch Free Global TV and Online Video from JumpTV --Online Television --English and you can see their english version there live for free. if anything i prefer al jazeera over the bbc. if anything al jazeera is way more slanted towards Muslim news and coverst mostly the muslim world. they are the most fair unbiased network i have found if anything. like thier slogan says, bringing you all sides from every angle. and thats why they allow the isrealis to speak on their, but they also give other viewpoints too.

I haven't seen the channel, but Khalid Amayreh is a former correspondent for them, and I think he knows better than you or I do about them.

so what? thats still his dumb opinion, its the dumbest thing i ever heard. why dont you actually watch the channel and see for yourself. i watch it all the time, they are hardly biased, and extremely fair. you can even watch thier video reports up on youtube.

I agree with this post.
Please watch Al Jazeera first before you criticize it. If you don't have access to satellite where you can watch the Arabic or English version, then at least go on aljazeera.com to see what it's about. You can clearly see that there is no "Zionist" control over it.

what proof? i watch the news channel all the time, i even posted a link to its 24 hour online video feed. all he posted was some guys opinion. they even have a program about the media in the world, and how it in itself is biased.

Watching the channel won't really prove anything to me, if the issue is with management.

I read their website occasionally, and I never said I had anything against them. I've been reading their website for years. Is their channel supposed to be different from their website?

Aljazeera (Al Jazeera) English is free online. Aljazeera is free only on JumpTV : News, Sports, Entertainment Television Live Online --MENA --Online Television --English why dont you actually watch the channel and see for yourself.
