Think about it though..instead of acting like children and trying to treat the "IslamoFacism" tag like a hot potato we should take it ahow how it can';t be applied to all of us.

I think it can and should be applied to the Taliban and its splinter groups as in a sense it is what it is. We can't play the victim and be defensive, we need to grow up as a ummah and start using the intellect Allah (swt) gave us and be the Adults we are.

I wouldn't give him that much credit. maybe for non-Muslims who give only a fleeting glimpse at the composition of the ummah - but for those who give it a little more thought realize that his views aren't charactersitic of most sane Muslims.

I'd say it's true though, that the violent images associated with Western/Islamic interaction tends to adhere to the consciousness pretty stubbornly.

The muslim response to this effort has been more than civil, its the leftists that are really protesting these people. The left will protest and fight the right in anything and everything. That's their job.
