Here's mine;

Why not make all medical tax free? Why not eliminate civil liability from doctors? Why not let charity of such generous democrats like yourselves pay for the less fortunate like conservatives already do? Why can't you grow up and pay your own bills?

If you want government to intervene why not cut out all of the taxes, regulations, and third party profits from healthcare like liability and personal insurance?

Make incentives for individuals to save money, help others and financing for major catastrophic illness afterwards. That way people who are responsible and healthy won't be burdened with those who are not unless they choose to. It provides incentive for others to do the same.

If someone is truly needy its the community around them that helps the best. Not some bloated beauracracy! But lets keep the power hungry government out of it every all ways possible, shall we? Cut out all entitlements. Last but not least; make citizenship matter to get treatment! Make it difficult as hell for free loaders to exist like illegal aliens!

heres my solution, create a national network of co-ops or improve/expand the current medicare/medicaid system. The federal clinics need drastic overhauls too.

Ag reform. We only spend a few billion a year on subsidies for corn, but the healthcare costs are much higher - not to mention it pushes smaller farmers out of business.
