haha...ok? yes, most people go through all this angst and what not and yes it does glorify the first shag...people take marriage too seriously i think. you should be really calculating and considerate when you size up a potential mate...so long as the basis is there in regards to things that are important to you like career, religious views, children, marital relations, money, education, living habits, attractiveness, etc etc etc and overall personal traits, the rest falls into place as well...of course you need to like/love the guy/girl some...just being careful emotionally helps...it's not good to think only with your feelings..rationale and common sense must be implemented.

i also think many ....third world countries in which islam exists tend to house cultures that make sex too serious of an issue...like people who go nuts if you shake an old man's hand who's not your mahrem...(me for example).

first, he's an old man and we're probably NOT gonna hook up, and second...not everyone is going to have their head filled with crap every single minute of every single day...even a man. (looool) it just makes me sick...seriously. then i think they take this obsession with sex and include it in everything they look at...
like seriously...let's be fair. look at these men who beat up/kill their daughters for talking to guys on the phone/internet. look at these men who have to take more than one wife, and not because he's trying to help a sista out....but to fulfill his own needs for 'variety'. let's look at saudi arabia where pent up sexuality is so rampant people go to the extreme to indulge in their sick ways....these people can't seriously think that the extreme nature of how things are run over there actually benefit people....anyways this is my thought at least...feel free to disagree. needs some fine tuning anyways...lol.
