Just the other day, after the gym my Italian friend took me out for a drink as we discussed hijab, promiscuity, taking advantage of the moment vs the anesthetizing of the sensablities and the soul.
We ended upon the beauty of the inside vs the outside...
These verses reminded me of it, as she questioned me why one type of beauty as more worthy then another (playing devil's advocate).
I like the beginning but am a little perplexed at the ending.... |

I wanna leave but I don't wanna go. My tummy hurts and I feel sick just at the thought of being there now, but I feel so suffocated here.  . I guess i'm just scared. And it doens't help when SOMEONE decides to wander back in your life.

We should really start taking things seriously. Remove from our hearts that which Allah does not like, and adorn it with what He loves. It's not all that difficult, nothing is.
What do I have to show Him when He asks me what i did with the time He gave me here, and all the wonderful things I'm only grateful for when I see others losing them.
The less I have, the less I will have to answer for. Do not give me more than I need Lord, and do not give me authority over what I cannot be just towards. Let me empty myself of me and fill myself with faith. Let me be a sincere believer.
