Last night I was at the masjid, and there was a white family visiting (like 20 people). When they saw me, they were all pointing at me and I could see them talking to each other and looking back at me. I really felt awkward.

Yep. They're going off now in my neighborhood. And what I hate is that people light them from 2 days before new years to about 2 days after new years. So that's like 4-5 days of fireworks going off.

Im so confused, i cried just before it hit 12, im happy to be able to drive as im now 17 but i know things will happen this year as time moves on mum is going to get worse, school life harder and everything else seems insignificant. As i saw his face lying there in the coffin i just thought to myself he was 18, he thought he was young and healthy, i dont want to take the same risk..its silly but Allah hu alim.

I can't stop eating. Like this morning I was trying to decide between oatmeal or eggs over medium. I ended up eating both. Than TWO slices of pizza. ANd I had seconds at dinner. And I ate a drumstick ice cream cone for dessert. and I still want more. WHy can't i be one of those "doens't eat anything" when depressed sorta gals?!

But my real reason for posting, yoghurt and granola OR salad OR instand noodles!? Or should I just experiment in the kitchen?!
