I only go on a shopping spree like once or twice a year...yesterday was one of those days. I fell in love with these clothes a month ago and there was a huge sale yesterday, So I bought a bunch of clothes. Because I was holding my nephew, I had my brother hold my bags, and some where from the Mall to home, one bag was dropped (with 4 articles of clothing). No one turned in my clothes at the mall, but they're going to call me if they receive it.

I was sad at first, but then remembered that Allah tests you with something you love...and so I'm glad its some clothes as opposed to my health or anything else.

True. After all, it was just clothes. If you absolutely have to, you can go back and buy them again or something.

You say you get back Thursday, inshallah? I'm hoping the gang wants to do something on Friday or something because that's basically like that last time we're all together till Summer or something.




As for my thoughts of the day, I'm cutting my hair really short tomorrow morning. Like a buzz cut. That way, I don't have to worry about getting another hair cut for like 2 months or something. Besides, my hair was getting all ratty and scratchy under my kufi, so this should be a welcome change.
