I feel so crappy after drinking that last cup of coffee..I still feel jerky n shaking n my hr is higher than usual..i wonder what would dilute/flush the caffeine concentration in my body? food? water? I saw a car crash that probably happened 5-10 mins earlier to when I got on the road......NOT the place I wanted to be in....

I hope everyones all right Inshallah, although I did see the front of the SUV blasted off with its engine showing and the windshield cracked, which looked as if the wind blew even lightly, it would burst into thousands of pieces

I dont like car crashes. At all!
