So, I've never slept so deeply in a long time, only to wake almost crying

I had a semi dream/nightmare where at the end I was all alone and no soul in sight.......By this time, I was half awake and half asleep.........All of a sudden my heart started to beat faster and my breathing became shallow and I could feel myself about to cry (like when someone passes away).....but then I realized I was also awake and opened my eyes abruptly.

My mom was right in front of me asking if I was alright.....I couldnt answer; it was hard to explain and I went back to sleep....my heart was still beating fast and breathing was still shallow.....but my tears didn't fall.....they were hiding in my eyes...


The only time I've ever felt this way was about 8 yrs ago and it happened twice then.....

During 'Asr today, someone's phone went off. The guy struggled to quickly turn off his phone and in the process, accidentally put it on loud speaker. So then everyone hears someone on the phone saying "HELLO? HELLO?"

Now that would be embarrassing.

However, it was a simple mistake that could have happened to anyone. But isn't there a sign on the door that says "Now is the time for Allah (SWT). Please turn off your cell phones".

Actually, the imam said to turn off all phones before leading. And this guy was standing right behind the imam so he should have taken heed to the advice.

is there like a saying for when someone keeps getting labled as this but there not but eventually becuase of everyone teasing/calling/reffering to them as that they become that?!

My math teacher is SO stupid! She does not know how to do median.

The other day, we're going over questions for an exam that was this morning. The question is "What is the median of 5, 6, 8, 12, and 5". The answer is 6. The teacher says it's 8. We point to her and show her in the back of the book that the answer is 6. To which she says "the book is wrong"


She is changing the answers to basic math. For example, is anyone familiar with the order of operations "please excuse my dear aunt sally" (paren., exponents, multiplication, division, addition, and subtraction). She doesn't do that. For an equation, she just goes left to right. I got a question wrong on a previous test because of that.

And meanwhile, she says that she's been teaching for 40 years.
