Asalaamualaikum,
Subhanallah, right after the first ameen during isha and taraweeh prayer i knew Ramadan was here! You could just feel the energy in the air, and then all the hugs and whatnot after the prayer wishing everyone a Ramadan Mubarak. It was a beautiful day today and ended just as beautifully. Alhamdulillah.

I've learned my lesson of not having eggs for breakfast....Ever. 
Almost broke my fast. Wish I could go back to sleep, but I've a 9am class to attend and I'm still not finished with the paper.....somebody save me

Im going to a wedding. I hope I don't cry, because im wearing mounds of makeup. Plus, I can't eat until Maghrib so I hope they save me some food.

Why don't the good guys in movies ever shoot the bad guys in the head after shooting them, you know there's always a possibility they'll get back up and are playing dead.
If you poke them in the eye they will flinch if they're alive, if they do then you can slit their throat or shoot them in the head.
I've seen too many good sidekicks in movies die cos of poor dead checking, rest assured I'll never allow it to happen to one of mine.

Ramadhan is a beautiful time. I just wish I ddin't feel so lonely. Its going to be worse when I get to uni. Insh'Allah I'll make friends.
