alhamdulilah it's friday. fridays make me feel good.

[vent]

i passed a pregnant woman smoking a cigarette today. i wanted to slap her. instead, i gave her a dirty look. are you that stupid? seriously.

these past couple of days and next few months have been/will be hectic. whatever happened to sitting back and relaxing when school's out? i mean that's what summer is for, right? inshaAllah khair. at least we might drive up to t-dot again. it's been a while.

Whining, complaining, it's an endless cycle. Once you start, there's no stopping. Pretty soon, it becomes a bad habit that is difficult to eliminate.

For the first time, I'm watching this show called "Moment of Truth." Holy Crap, its such a fitna causing show. They're making money of exploiting people and possibly ruining close relationships and marriages.

life is like showing up at the restaraunt, settling down on a table and looking at your watch again and again as if you're in anticipation of meeting some friends. in the meantime you're not sure what to do but sit there and stare at the walls..maybe order an appetizer to kill time, should you? a few of the people you're waiting for might show up a second after you order or a few minutes after your food gets there, so is it really worth it? just wait a while. or not. what to do. the choices are all difficult.

I wouldn't order sally...

My thoughts of the day: even though it's rather early.

One step at a time will get me to that level where I need to be

I'm reading a semi interesting book and for some odd reason I feel like writing a summary and review for it. I've been out of student mode for like 6 months already! Sad little girl, that I am.

What's the essay about? If you can choose the subject, then choose it on something you really hate. Venting fills up pages pretty quickly

That's a good idea.

We don't get to choose the subject matter though, just between one of two scenarios the professor came up with about this jury stuff. It sucks.
