I use to say "you harami!" and I would get these looks from both Desis and Arabs (haha, I had no clue, which is pretty funny considering I speak both lanuages) ..that is until I found out what it meant. So I had to find out a new word. I went to World History Class. We were learning about Hammurabi and his code; what was haram and halal back in the day--and then ZAM it came to me: HARAMOOBOBi! |
