4. Muslims who say asalamu alaikum back when you greet them, or even better, muslims who greet you before you get the chance.

5. Drinking delicious tea and reading a great novel, when it's dark and cold outside.

- When my kids (students) kiss me
- When they leave random notes for me in my purse. (This one actually makes me go Awwwww)
-When my kids actually memorize their Qur'aan without my bribing them.
-The fact that my sister actually did one of my chores for me (first time ever!!)
-Getting a good grade on an exam that you never studied for.
-Having your mother show affection for no apparent reason.

-When the bi-weekly paycheck comes in!
-Seeing friends i have not seen in a long time.

-Finding people that think the same way I do.

lol, they never took any bills out alHumdu-Lillaah, but I did lose my Chocolate (cell) which was never recovered. I dont think it was taken by my students though, they know better than to touch Sister 'Muminah's things.

-I love it when the weather is just perfect (makes the black 'abayahs easier to wear in the heat)
-When my father comes home and calls me 'zoy' which is like 'beta'...he only does that when hes in a great mood and ready to hand out cash
- When I smile and talk to (or make faces at ) random kids outside and they respond back with the same.
- When a guy actually lowers his gaze.
- I absolutly love it when aunties from the masjid come up to me and my mother answers for me instead of keeping me on the spotlight

Interesting thread. I don't know if anything actually makes me jump with joy. But, I glean great satisfaction from:

- Knowing and understanding something that I did not understand or know before.

- The feeling when I know I'm right, and everyone else is wrong.

- Buying books that I want and finally owning them.

last i checked, no. but i do like driving cars of all kinds. cars, trucks, vans, etc. the 2008 dodge charger is my latest obsession car.
