women are not accountable for the perverted minds of Sunni men, the men need to fix themselves and their dirty minds because it's their own sin, and it makes no sense to say that it places additional burden on women to cover more. This is similar to suggesting that the subject of a crime is also to blame for the crime, such that you will also blame the victim of a rape-attack rather than the rapist himself, whereas clearly it was the crime of the perverted mind in the man which led him to such a sin. It's this lack of distinction in your judgment that causes you to ignore the real criminals and focus on the victims instead.

It's not about placing blame. It's about exercising common sense. If you have a pile of diamonds sitting out on your front lawn and they get stolen, 100% of the blame is still on the thief. However, noone is going to laud you for your excess of common sense. An intelligent man knows human nature and would be aware that thieves exist - and further, that easy temptation can turn honest men into thieves.

Also, re: your example, do Qur'an only types not believe in Zina of the eyes? (Because that is alluded to in the Qur'an).
