I lost my cat!

My awesome white, pregnant, beautiful, loyal, cat. I always let her go outside. She loves the forest. On July Fourth I went out with some friends. I came back at 10:00.

I went to go feed KitKat and she wasn't there. I thought "oh, she must be taking a stroll around the Neighborhood.

It is Monday July 7th and there is no sign of KitKat. I have now gone into an EXTREME depression. I keep leaving food out hoping that she might come back. I need my awesome cat back! I have these dreams about her Running to Me.

But Then she just falls over flat. I try to stay up at night so I don't have to have any awful nightmares

Where IS MY CAT?!?!?!

Are there any ways to find her other than:
MAking posters
Asking people etc. I need some effective Ways.

how pregnant is kitty? i read somewhere that when cats are about to give birth, they hide somewhere dark because the light hurts newborn kittens' eyes? i dont know if it's true.

you could gather up your friends and form a search party to dissect every inch of that forest till she's found

I think this is true. I think cats (and perhaps dogs) go to someplace private to have babies.

Inshallah, when KitKat returns, there will be lots of baby kittens too.

I'm not exactly sure but I'm pretty sure she is about due.

The forest covers atleast an acre. But inshallah we will find her. There are snakes in the forest and I'm afraid I might step into some creatures den. That shan't stop me!!!!

a few years ago i had a cat that got lost too. we still dont know what happened to him. i cant imagine him running away cuz we had him for 11 years and he was born in my house. and he stayed a few summers in our backyard/garage while we were overseas (someone would come to feed him of course) and would be right there waiting when we got back. after all that i dont think he'd run away but we have no idea what happened to him.

cats definitely do go off and find a quiet place to give birth, so thats probably what your cat is doing...hopefully she'll be back soon with her babies!

I was in a similar situation once, he came back after three days. InshaAllah she'll come back/you'll find her. Maybe shes due.

long long ago I had a cat that had kittens (two sets actually)

Before she gave birth, she kind of disappeared for a day or so. The one day I found her. She managed to get into my closet, and her her kittens in my suitcase.

Nice to know she felt safe in my closet.

I hope you find your cat soon. it is hard to lovse a family pet. they become part of your family and you love and care for them. Hopefully she's just found somewhere nice and quiet to have her babies and will be back soon. I understand how you feel.
