Thank you everyone for your kind words and duas. It's bought tears to my eyes! Yes Alhumdulillah Aleena is progressing well and I have trust in Allah SWT that He will InshAllah save my daughter from this syndrome and that it is a minor feeding problem and inshAllah she will feed through mouth soon. When we first heard the possibility of her having this syndrome, it left us shell shocked. Everytime i pray i just cry to Allah that He gives her the ability to talk, walk, eat normally without any difficulties in life inshAllah.

I just called the Genetics Doctor to see if the blood test result have arrived but they are all due in June and some of them have come back. The receptionist couldn't tell me whether some of the results were positive or negative. But continue to make dua for my daughter.

I will remember all of you in my duas and I pray that Allah saves you all from any heart ache and provides you all with health and happiness and same applies to your families and most importantly children.

It is very important to understand that Allah commands all things happening to you, and for a reason too. It is is to see whether you maintain firm in your faith in Him and the Last Day and do not become bitterful to Him in such times of pain and hardship. In this way Allah seperates the rotten from the good. These tests are so the believer is made worthy of paradise, she has to prove that she is. Those who persevere with steadfastness in worship and rememberance of Him are the successful ones.

You are in my prayers. If everything is cured, it is because our Lord is All-Merciful and had already ordained so. We call on none but Him, and none can ask Him for something and receive it without Him already decided on the matter.

Jazak Allah khair for the reps and compliments. Yeah she is beautiful mashAllah. This week she hasn't taken anything from the bottle at all, i think it's because of her reflux. She associates sick with feeding and has put her off it completely. But i try and make dua she takes some atlst through mouth. We are going to my parents inshAllah after her neurologist appintment today. We are having to take so much, tubes, her medical milk and so many other things and on top her luggage and my luggage.

Do carry on making dua for her.
