Love...
With all the responses with the "I love you for the sake of Allah" thread... I was wondering do you believe in LOVE? do you believe that its just some mechanism to get people to procreate?

shaykh yasir birjas talks about islamic love in two almaghrib courses fiqh of love and love notes (the shorter version). he references a LOT of books which were written on the subject. unfortunately many of these are not translated into english yet.
if you're not interested in the course, you could always listen to the tapes ( i believer there are some out thru ilmquest) or check their message board on almaghrib to see if anyone has posted their notes or such.
