French is usually the secondary language though, In North Africa for Instance, 3arabic is the language of Algeria whilst French is something that you're expected to know...

Erm yes they do, hence the name Arab. There other factors that play into the definition of an Arab but it depends on the country or community or Arabs,. They aren't a Monolithic Ethnicity anymore.

its like saying "this is such a faux pas except...you actually pronounce it like foh pah..."
3arbic, <---pronouncing the 3ayn, is like well A polish person using an english word but added polish grammatical endings?
or would you just have me say 3arabayah/3arabi/3arabya7?

See, "faux pas" is a phrase that is used intact, it's not a word that is modified in two different ways. What you're doing is like saying that someone is "Espaņol-ish" instead of Spanish. That sounds rather silly, no?
