Hey everyone,
Lets make this a resource for everyone can refer to. List all the muzlamic marriage-type websites. Lets see how many there are! I'll start by adding a few: naseeb.com singlemuslim.com shaadi.com islamicaweb.com ADD MORE MORRRRRRREEEEEE

islamica? wth! any old stories of ppl getting hitched over islamica?
 lovesalaam.com meetyourpartner.com scarypantsbandarsittingatthedoor.com these sites contains infantile approach at marriage! On a side note, I dont agree with online hookups! : puke: try more reliable avenues like local muslim community, friends, families, work, university, masjid..but not internet..it creeps me out!

Local networks of aunties seem to work somewhat. You even get assurances that there's someone out there (even though they may be absurd)

unfortunantly most of these rishta websites are nothing more than money skams. one guy once wrote on his blog 'you will have more fun sticking a pole up where the sun dont shine, than dealing with shadi.com'. my advice is if you use these websites, go local, but then again its easy for me to say, i have 700,000 Muslims in my home state, at least 100,000 paki's in my city alone. so thats a pretty large pool to choose from. i was thinking to go with naseeb. ya sure pay them some cash, more people are on there, and i spotted a profile of a divorced 26 year old, who looked really nice and isnt that far from me.
