I can not imagine marrying another Civil Engineer. Can you imagine how boring the conversations would be?

Wife: So did you guys figure out how to make the steel structurally sound without compensating for price?
Husband: Umm, no not yet.
Wife: So what will you guys do?
Husband: I dunno
Wife: Well our company did...:rants for an hour:
Husband: I see...:thinking why he didnt marry the teacher:

It actually depends on how passionate both of you are about your field of work.
If you're really passionate about it, you love going to work everyday, then you'll enjoy talking to each other about work, sharing best practices, new developments in the field, solving major work-related challenges, etc.
If you're not that much into your job and you just want to come home everyday and flip on the TV, then yeah - you'll get sick and tired hearing your wife rant about her job [because she either likes it so much, or hates it so much]
