Hello I am Sarah and Iam going to be a new Muslim in January when I marry my bestfriend. I am trying to learn my prayers and what I will need to wear and where to buy it in Pennsylvania. Any help would be great. Glad to meet you all.

Hi, just a word of advice:

If you believe Islam is the truth, don't delay making your shahada (declaration of faith, la ilaha il Allah, Muhammadur rasul Allah). You don't know if you'll make it to January. As morbid as this sounds, you could drop dead tonight, tomorrow or even 5 minutes from now.



To find other muslims in your area, go to IslamicFinder: Accurate Prayer Times, Athan (Azan), Mosques (Masjids), Islamic Center, Muslim Owned Businesses, Hijri Calendar, Islamic Directory worldwide. and stick in your zip code. If should give mosques, stores and islamic organizations. I do most of my shopping online however. Hijab Girl - Lowest Price Online Hijab Store has really cheap scarves, as well as prayer outfits.
