My dad never let me get my drivers licence. So I started biking and pretty soon I was buying $1k and $2k bikes. My dad told me I was wasting my money, so I told him that if he had got me my licence earlier on I wouldnt have wasted my money on biking

It's funny though, I failed my drivers test multiple times, and the only time I passed the test was when I was addicted to biking and didn't care about getting a licence. I took the test just for the heck of it

Alhamdulillah Allah made me a bike addict

Thats funny. ...but man the woman's crazy! forget mean! an ad in the paper?! woosh, she needs to chillax already. the car's been sold. no need for the ad to remain in the paper...

So my mom kept asking my brothers to limit the number of hours they spent playing their xbox...they didnt listen. She even tried hiding the xbox so they woudlnt be playing it all the time...but they always found it and played their games despite what she said.
one day, she got ANGRY...took the xbox and put it in the kitchen sink (yes, it was filled with water). ---did i mention the xbox was only a couple of weeks old at that time?

yeah...now i can understand her reasoning...but SERIOUSLY?! the thing costs at least 500 bucks (rite?)!!! mind u, i did tell my brother that it was ''well deserved'' and that he needed to ''get his act together''. but still...

When we were young, my mom threw our super nintendo outside the window from the fourth floor. It landed right in the recycling bin below. I think she was aiming for that.

When we were younger, my mom kept warning us to clean up our toys, but of course, we didn't listen. So one day, out of no where, she comes busting upstairs with a large black hefty bag and starts chucking ALL of our toys that were left on the floor [not in the toy bins] into it. I was BAWLING. A couple of my My Little Pony's [the ones that have the delicious glittery legs that I use to like to chew on] were thrown into the bags too.

Years later, she did this to the youngest of kids- but she actually kept his toys and was gradually giving them back to him when his behavior improved. We had ours tossed and he gets his back...so unfair.

Wow, you all have some mean parents.

Mine always threatened to do some of these things. Burn my clothes if I didn't pick them up, etc, etc. But nothing like that ever came to be.

Instead, my mom just lectures us about how much we suck.

"You sleep all day and stay up all night and do nothing to help out around here!"

And when I go out: "You and all your friends are useless, useless kids who don't have anything to keep busy with."

Well, that's my mom.

'Cept the "useless" bit sounds funnier in Punjabi. The word we use in Punjabi for people who have nothing to do is "velay."

My response: "Uh, Mom... we all go to school and hold down jobs too, so we have plenty of things to do. In our free time though, we like to have fun."

One of my friends was like: "But that's why we're going out. To keep ourselves busy!"

My mums favourite line was: what will you do when you go to your in-laws? i said i was never going to go and i think she believes it now, in a hopeless, miserable kind of way.

heh, today...i have to say, ''good job'' to this ''mean mom''.

freaking kids...absolutely out of control. My brother wants to buy a car from someone just because its being sold for 450! --the kid's in gr 10!

heh, the discussion, at this point, needs to be limited to the type of things my mother should use to beat him up. that is ....the only solution.
