i did pet an owl..
its unbelievable, my dad caught an owl over the roof and put it into my old lovebird's empty cage.
it was looking so frightening! but really beautiful. he was shaking his head like "no-no!" 
we kept it for a day,but it was refusing to eat anything..so we had to set it free.
oh my dad..

[Okay - Maybe I need to start working at the Zoo - Whenever I see cute animals I have this urge to take them home].

He was stuck between the roof tiles. so my dad caught his wings,mashaallah such a brave dad Once he had caught a bat too.
ooh u wouldnt like to pet an owl,he was looking so frightening and gazing in the eyes

So I'm planning out how to make this years winter house for Fluffy and friends. Last years tablecloth and plastic covered picnic table with cat bed and pillows inside isn't as warm as I'd like, so I'm thinking I'll cover the table with an old comforter and top that with plastic so it doesn't get wet. That'll keep the wind out.
I was thinking of buying a dog house but it won't fit under the table, so I went to Petco and these look good, they're lined with carpet on both sides and fleece inside, and I can add more fleece:
2 cats can fit in here:
Fluffy can go in here:
and this one looks roomy but not as warm or sturdy:
I need to raise them up slightly above the ground though so they don't get damp, not sure what to use yet. |

my cats eats cucumber, popcorn, and always goes crazy when I'm eating soy ice cream.
so here's mishou..the first one's within the past few weeks and the other two are when I first got him.

In hot places these little guys are a big help... I like to find them and put them in my room so they eat all the mosquitos.

I've rescued a few pigeons in my life too, including one my cat attempted to kill.
It could be a bit traumatised. Try to keep it in a cat-proof area. Do you have a court-yard?
I kept one in my court-yard, put some water and seeds for it and after a few days it flew away. I was convinced it would die so I asked Allah swt to take it quickly, but Allah swt had other plans and eventually, it recovered.
If it's been traumatised by your cat, it may just need a few days of peace to recuperate. Pigeons I've noticed like to shelter so perhaps find a box that it can step into when it wants to rest.
