well, i dont know..it was to show off decor..whatever i guess you guys have a point..it was only up for a couple seconds

anyways, on the old islamica, people posted pictures of their room in the designing or furniture thread or something.

i think its cool. shadha had posted pics of her new (empty) apartment... i've still been waiting to see what she does with the space.

It has the potential to be creepy cause it's a public forum. There are too many nut jobs on the internet.

I saw the pics on facebook though and I dig your style. It made me wanna paint my room a diff color.

Yah I tend to like the clean, modern look. Though it doesn't have to be as European as Bo Concept; Crate & Barrel and West Elm have some great designs too.

I don't have anything from them, but when I've looked in stores, I haven't been impressed with West Elm's quality. Design Within Reach has good quality stuff, but can be pricey. When it's time, look for local stores that sell Scandanavian furniture. We got most of our stuff during sales (or floor models).

Yeh DWR is nice but I'm not a huge fan of the funky modern style. I prefer something like Bo Concept because it's easier to mix and match their things for a more consistent look.
