Re: Babies!
I love to imagine how our kids will look.
Like, to me these are a given but only Allah, swt, knows for certain, which is where the real fun of it comes, because for now it's all still a guessing game.
I think: my kids are going to have very almond Asian-like eyes with long thick lashes. They are going to be short to average height, fair skin, with dark hair. Their hair, I'm guessing it will be either thick n straight or thick n wavy, can go either way really. They won't be fat but they definitely will be blackalicious thick. Talk about blackalicious, our kids will have huge lips.

Re: Babies!
No babies for me. I don't want kids.
Unless I was married to a husband who was really really nice and all he wanted was children. Then I would consider it.

Re: Babies!
assalamu alaykum
Yeah I dont get the fascination with babies. I get excited for those who're excited about being pregnant etc, but I could happily not have children (unlike mr.z), or if i do it'll all be done by 30, earliest 27

Why a boy?
That would be ideal (not the boy, but your game plan), but you can't plan these things.

Wow. Lol. I already told the hubster since I first met him that I do not want to have kids after 25, 30 at latest.

i can't stop thinking how my child is going to look like and what the gender is going to be. All this thinking is driving me crazy.
anywho..thanks to Allah (swt) my plan went as i had planned. after married for 2 years, it was time to start a family. i also want to have kids (2 or 3) by the age of 30. But we'll see what happens with that. like someone else mentioned, i would like to play w/them and not be 50 when they're in highschool. ya know. But Allah (swt) knows best.

Re: Babies!
I have this bad habit of grinning at random peoples cute babies. and when the babies smile/laugh back, you just cant.break.the.eye.contact. One of these days I'm expecting a mother to shriek "stop staring at my baby!" or something. sigh.

Re: Babies!
My mom's turning 45 today and my baby bro is 5.
I wouldn't want any kids before 25, at least. More like 30.

If you make the right faces, you'll get a smile back from every one of them. Of course a lovely beard helps...

Re: Babies!
I have a question about pregnancy. A serious question. Well post-pregnancy really.
I was wondering, you know how after giving birth, some women have like loose skin around their stomach area. But others don't. Why is that? Is it just that some women are different from others, or do the ones that don't have loose skin around their abdomen, do something that makes it go away?
If you get loose skin around the stomach does it go away after time, or are you stuck with it for the rest of your life?
Thanks.

It's easy to experience it for guys. Just get real obese and then lose the weight really fast. Then you can figure how to get rid of the stretch marks by using cocoa cream or whatever
