Alhamdulillah, happy to hear you rescued the kitten, but now what has become of them? Please do keep in mind there are ways to get rid of fleas....

I didn't. he just started on his own.
he has this plastic stick with colored feathers and a little bell at the end that he loves to "attack." so I used to throw it across the room/hallway and he'd go running after it. then one time, he picked it up and brought it back, he's been doing it ever since with toys I throw.
he pounces on my parents while they're praying. otherwise, he won't go near my father.
and he sleeps on his back like in the picture. my cat has no shame.

Re: Cat Talk
I have 9 kitty cats...or rather they have me...that's not counting some wildish ones I feed...InshaAllah I will be able to trap them in a box trap and get them all to the vetenarian for vaccinations, etc. before winter sets in.

Your story is disturbing. Did you at least give the pregnant mother food and water?
Also, what did you do with the cats in the end?

Haha, what a freakin cutie. My male kitten is the same. We have that stick too, with feathers and a bell. And yeah I throw it across the room and he's brought it back and brings back other toys I throw as well except he does so only when he's in the mood. But sometimes if I throw something then call his name really affectionately, he'll bring it back to me. Spoiled brat! And dude, your kitty grew up!! He looks like a furball mA
Oh and my male kitten plays with his food. It's annoying but endearing. Also he licks me and thinks he's a dog.

Re: Cat Talk
this looks just like my cat i had for 5 years. Fred Morris
I found him starving when i went to the bus stop and then we started to feed him.
we kinda lived in the country at the time so he would hunt rabbits and mice and birds and leave the entrails on our door step, a way of saying "thank you"
*sigh* *the memories*

Re: Cat Talk
I've owned five cats in my lifetime. Loved them all.
When you're introducing a new cat, make sure it has a personal space of its own while it gets used to the house.

oh, God. he has so much hair. and he won't let me brush him. I'm going to have to take him in to be groomed and when spring comes around...well, google cat +lion cut. I can't deal with all this hair.
kitty doesn't play with his food but he plays with his water. I bought 3 water bowls before I found out he couldn't tip over. and then there was the time I caught him standing over the toilet and splashing away. he got the most thorough bath of his life that time.
