Where are your 12 Imams?

Dear Ali Fazel,
All of these so-called 'many narrations' are actually the same event, i.e. the same singular statement from Jabir Ibn Samura (ra). So you might make it look like the Prophet (s) repeated it a lot of times, but this is not true. Rather, it was said once, and you are just providing the same narration again and again.
Anyways, the answer to your question is here:

Re: do you guys consider Iran to be a just islamic state?
Vari: Or is it just the fact that they're Shia, and a Shia country could never be an Islamic country, even though they're implementing Islamic law as pretty much anyone else would?
I'm sure a lot of it is that exactly.

Of course, Imam Shafi (RA) also believed the first 3 caliphs to be the viceregents of God. Which would make him distinctly non-Rafidi. Hence his rejection of Rafidhism in the first sentence. The statement quoted merely affirms that Ahl-e-Sunnah rejects Nasibis & loves and reveres Ali (RA).

Is that all he meant? Here I was giving Imam Shafi more credit than he deserved. I thought MAYBE just maybe he understood ad hominem attacks were a logical fallacy. Or perhaps he realized that there is a group of nutcases within the Sunnis that have a strong hate for Ali. Silly me.

I don't see what it has to do with ad hominem attacks. It has to do with being accused of being "Rafidhi" for loving Ali (RA), an idea which he rejects. That doesn't mean that there aren't people who the label "Rafidhi" could appropriately be applied to.
Also, those who hate Ali (RA) are & have always been outside the fold of Ahl-us-Sunnah.. so your last sentence makes no sense.

First of all, almost every single Muslim country uses Palestine to rally support for their own regimes. Simple statements are not enough. They are nothing but words.
In regards to Palestine issue, the Shi`as wish for Hezbollah to be supreme in the region in order to establish the Shi`a crescent.

Do you normally use quotes without understanding their meaning? Do you normally misuse quotes in order to convey whatever meaning you want them to convey?
