Hyd blasts investigation: Police plant stories in Media!
Thursday, 11 October 2007
Hyderabad, October 11: The sleuths of intelligence are resorting to witty tactics by planting stories in the Media in order to justify the recent police action on Muslim youths.
It has come to know from the knowledgeable sources that recently the Intelligence sleuths have circulated the CD comprising the purported confessional statement of Shahid Bilal’s brother Majeed,
and also comprising his visuals confessing his elder brother’s role in the Makkah Masjid and twin serial blasts that rocked Hyderabad.
But on the other hand the matter of concern is that though Hyderabad police are claiming Shahid’s and the role of arrested Muslim youths in the bomb blasts but officially no one has been made accused neither in case of Lumbini, Gokul Chat nor in Makkah Masjid blasts.
Instead of that there has been a negative publicity campaign against the Muslim youths alleging their involvement in terror activities. It has been found that the police are using few sections of Media as a tool in making publicity and hence making a negative opinion in the minds of the common public against the Muslims.
It has been also found that there was a panic among the people of Old city as the Police made feel the Media about the presence of suspected suicide bombers in Hyderabad but this news was lashed out by the Home Minister Mr. K. Jana Reddy later. Prior to this there were a few stories in some newspapers that as many as 10KG of RX is still at large in Hyderabad giving a sleepless night to the citizens.
In the present scenario of tough competition among the Channels of Electronic Media the sleuths of Intelligence are finding it handy to plant the stories that could benefit them indirectly. What ever may be the case there has been a zero progress in the investigation of the blasts of Hyderabad.
