As Salamu Alaikum,

Why is everyone so ugly to each other?
Why cant we debate/discuss without slinging mud and insults, or mocking others beliefs.
None of that is a means to get people to see reason or understand your point of view.
I think we would all like to be spoken to with some manner of respect.
Just because your posting on a forum instead of face to face doesn't mean your words don't hold the same weight.

Very good post, spicy. As you've been a member for a long while you'll know part of it is just the Islamica way. Also, not to mention we often talk about issues on which people get emotionally charged very easily.

That said, you've raised great points. There's no way we as a community would speak to each other the way some of us do, if we were face to face.

you know I have noticed tht this really is a part of islamica. on all other forums people are actually nice to each other. my theory is that each islamican that he/she is better than the other. instead of accepting theur mistake, they throw ignorant remarks around.

LOL............great post, when I first joined I was pretty confused by the attitudes and lack of adaab displayed. After a little while it became clear that people spazz out to add some spice to the forum. Folks definitely take things much further than they need to go around here.

I recently created a new organization......The Association of Islamicans for Common Sense....... to bring some balance to the Force.
