Hodja picked up a bunch of grapes, cut it up into pieces and gave each child a piece.
"You have so much, but you gave us so little," the children complained.
"There is no difference whether you have a basketful or a small piece. They all taste the same," Hodja remarked.

Re: Biggest Misconceptions about you.
This is only online and only on Islamica:
That I'm besharam. And gross.
I'm not. I'm just interested in sex education (which is not besharam if discussed respectfully) and alternative menstrual products (which aren't gross; they're safe and good for the environment).
In real life, there are many people I'm surrounded by who share my interests.

Re: Biggest Misconceptions about you.
People are afraid of me in real life. Once people get to know me, they find out I'm extremely random and funny (like on here, I hope). Until then, people are scared of me.
But yeah, my teacher came up to me and said she was scared of me when I first came to class.

Re: Biggest Misconceptions about you.
Online, I think the biggest misconception about me is that I'm some sort of Harami Muslim-hating sex-obsessed never failing to sin fire-breathing ***** of a dyke midget that will chew your head off while waving the American flag.
I don't think this could be further from the truth.

Re: Biggest Misconceptions about you.
You guys are hilarious...
Offline: that I'm timid, conservative, and dorky.
Online: that I'm besharam, liberal, and dorky.
The truth: somewhere in between.

Re: Biggest Misconceptions about you.
i explained in the nice strangers thread that, in real life, people think i'm really mean and grumpy walking down the street because there are times when i am zoned out and have a really straight look on my face and it scares people passing by but i don't mean to look so scary that's just my thinking face when i'm by myself .
online, i dunno what people think. you tell me.

Re: Biggest Misconceptions about you.
too many misconceptions in real life and online. i guess, its all my fault. i am too reserved type and i can't be bothered to clarify things. i guess, it has pros and cons.
