That's actually NOT true. They tested that theory on mythbusters, by exposing cockroaches to very high doses of radiation. 99% of them did not survive.

If they're exposed to direct radiation yes, they'll die - as expected.

The way they survive is because they're smaller and multiply so quickly.

And if you want to scare away other cockroaches, then grab the one on the ceiling when it falls down and eat it [its good for protein] and then spit out the exo-bones and leave them strewn around your lair as a gentle warning.

Why thank you. This is an unbelievable honor and a complete surprise! I really don't know what to say. First and foremostly I'd like to thank God for everything, and for my parents for always being there and supporting me, and then to my lovely wife Barbara for being at my side. If it lands in your hair, just smack it and then go wash your hair out, duh. You could also just get creative. Grab a water gun and shoot it down with cold water. Go get a can of Raid and hold up the can as high as you can and just spray the sucker. Go get your blow-dryer and use that to fry it with hot air, i dunno, keep chasing it around on your ceiling and down the wall and run that little freeloading trailer-trash sucka outta yer room.
