A garden party with pink lemonade, cucumber sandwiches and napkins folded all nice. If the sun ever decides to come out and play, it would be so awesome.

And ohmy, I love lilies.

i like laid back parties. meaning, guests often do stuff themselves- i don't pour drinks, i don't ladle out food. a friend reminded me the other day of something really "cold" i did; it was really late, prob about 2am and just a few people left. i told the group that if they wanted a mojito, to make it themselves (i had everything set up). so i went and made one for me, came back, and they were all apparently shocked (it's all good; they werent *really* offended) that i really didn't make them some too. i made enough for one glass :P

OCS Gala... orange crescent school is the islamic school everyone and their mom went to.. and now we're all growed up and throwing galas for it..

the lanterns lit up at night and it looked so faintworthy
