Spam pms
Salamz whats happening with this forum, i recieved this pm from lollergirl which was basically an porn image. Why has that machine not been banned? Astagfirullah!

I got that PM too and thought about creating a thread asking if anyone else was affected by her/it.
So um yeah, MODs, please delete that character.
*edit* Um, how do I delete it? I can't see where it says to delete it, and I don't want to open up the PM again.

Yeah several people received the disgusting PM from this person. I received one myself, and the person was immediately banned as soon as the incident was picked up, a few hours ago.
Please help us keep Islamica spam-free by reporting things like this. Reporting things like this to us either through the report function, or in the case of something like this, reporting to us through PM's allows us to pick up on these things much faster than posting in a thread about it.

I thought about reporting the PM itself, but I didn't see any function to do so. Might be something to consider, unless I just missed it and don't know what I'm talking about. |

Yeah, I don't blame you, I wouldn't want to open that filth up again either. And fortunately you don't need to.
1. Just go to your Inbox, and there should be a list of all the PM's in your inbox.
2. On the right hand side of the list, there is a box next to each message title. Check the box, so a green tick appears in it.
3. Then scroll down to the bottom of the list and there should be a drop down menu on the right hand side of the screen that says "Selected Messages: Move to Folder..."
4. Select "delete" from the list. Then click "Go" to execute.
Your message should now be deleted.

Yeah, if you want to report a PM, the best way to do it is through PM's to a moderator. Either grab the moderator who is online, or if no one's about, send your report on to a few mods in a group PM, so they will see it when they next log on.
