Arabs are White, Brown, Yellow etc. However The US view is that Arabs are White racially.

The four race classifications are Mongoloid, Negroid, Caucasoid, and Australoid. It's based on facial structure and hair type more than skin colour.

Thats because being an Arab is an ethnicity not a race. Middle Easterners are condsidered white according to the US census. Sudan is not in the Middle East its an African Nation so the US would consider them Black.
If you went by the 4 race theory then Sudanis with the features you posted are Negroid.

Wiki is your friend in this instance there amny articles the discuss this. Put Caucasoid, Capoid, Congoid, Australoid, and Mongoloid into a search engine and read..also search race and Ethnicity.
