Default Structure of the 'Islamic Revolutionary Movement'

Structure of the 'Islamic Revolutionary Movement'

Following are some ideas which came to my mind as a rough structure of the ‘Islamic Revolutionary Movement’ in Pakistan. It would be great if brothers and sisters share their thoughts to frame a better structure of our ‘Islamic Revolution’ in Pakistan and other Muslim countries insha Allah.

InshaAllah our revolutionary movement will start as a parallel-virtual Islamic State within the present rule (Secular State) without challenging the writ of the state and inside the boundaries of law.

Objective 1

Choosing a leader / imam to whom all of us will give our pledge of allegiance.

Objective 2

Organizing scattered but existing groups of Muslims in the state together, for example the students of Madaaris, scholars, workers of religious political parties, and everyone from other sections of life.

Objective 3

All the workers of the revolutionary movement will give their zakaat and charity in favour of the Imam / Leader of the movement.

Objective 4

As charity begins at home; all the workers will be responsible for their neighbourhood and areas. Workers will look into their neighbourhood and find out those who need help, financially or whatever. If a family doesn’t have anything for the livelihood, the movement will arrange a job for any of the members of the family. In other words the workers of the Islamic Revolution will do the same job Saiyidina Umar radhiyAllahu anhu used to do in the streets of Madina.

Objective 5

If an area is affected by robberies and crimes, the workers in the area will form a ‘local security team’ with the help of residents who will be guarding the street every night in turns without charging the residents any single penny. Obvioulsy the residents themselves would be involved in the ‘security team’.

Objective 6

Where there are heaps of rubbish or sewage problems, the workers will themselves arrange to get the area cleaned. They wouldn’t be charging the residents anything for that, as obviously we will be receiving charity inshaAllah from other residents in general. All things would be for the sake of Allah inshaAllah with sincerity.

Objective 7

If there are any gatherings in the area which are using loudspeakers and are involved in sound pollution, workers will go to them in a group and tell them about the law, in case of their refusal, workers will report the police or sue the outlaws.
In case of musical concerts, we will not stop them by force because until we enforce shari’ah that wouldn’t be possible and may cause violence which we can’t afford in the beginning.

Objective 8

We will make ‘complaint cells’ in our offices where people would come with their problems. Every worker will consider those problems as his/her own problems.

Objective 9

All workers will have to abide by the laws and instructions from the Imam and the supervisors. But at the same time we will not force the workers to do something against his/her wishes. We will inshaAllah believe in understanding each other and love and affection for everyone.

Objective 10

Western Democracy is considered ‘Kufr’ in our system, as we only believe in the ‘Supremacy’ of Allah and His Laws. We will demand for an end to ‘Democracy Rule’ in Pakistan and as our workers increase in number, we can ‘democratically’ reject the ‘Democracy Rule’ and choose ‘Khilafah’ in Pakistan. We will tell the media the number of our workers and our supporters who want ‘Khilafah’ in Pakistan because by then inshaAllah people will have tasted the ‘fruits’ of ‘Shari’ah Rule’ in the form of our ‘Beautiful Revolutionary Movement’.

Objective 11

We will have doctors, engineers, intellectuals, policemen, army officials and others from all sections of life as our workers or supporters inshaAllah.

Objective 12

We will establish new schools and hospitals or work on existing schools and hospitals for their improvement and will make sure if they are fulfilling the demands of the people or not.

Objective 13

We will check the performance of government offices and institutions with our ‘Media Team’ doing interview of the ‘affectees’ and that of ‘corrupt government officials’ publishing their ‘performance’ in the media ‘exposing’ their names and taking a judicial action against the ‘high profile officials’ under whose nose all ‘crimes’ are being committed against the helpless masses or those senior officials themselves are the .

Objective 14

The organization will run as a ‘perfect’ governing system with all departments like of education, health, security, justice, medicine, religious issues and unity of Ummah etc. Every department will have a certain number of workers according to their capabilities and experience, but they will not be receiving any renumeration from the organization. They will be doing everything for the sake of Allah. Knowing that it’s hard for someone to dedicate his days and nights for the organization, we will take their services in turn or as is suitable for them. They will offer their services voluntarily as people go to Tabligh Work for 3 or 40 nights.

Objective 15

The organization will co-ordinate between welfare organizations and trusts like Edhi Welfare Trust, Alamgir Welfare Trust, Ar-Rasheed Trust, Khidmat-e-Khalq Foundation (of Secular MQM) and will make it possible that people can be reached in time immediately when they require the help.

Objective 16

We will setup our own call centre, where people will register their complaints and we will direct them to the respective departments and will make sure their problems have been addressed. In case the department doesn’t pay any heed to the problems of people, we will question them in an effective way.

Objective 17

The Imam will never ever appoint either his son or any of the relatives as his successor but the successorship would be decided the way Saiyidina Umar radhiyAllahu ‘anhu decided before his martyrdom i.e there will be a group of selective candidates and the group will appoint the successor of the Imam through mutual understanding and conunselling.
