The only places I have ever seen the following:
toilet seat covers
tissue paper covers
50-lb bags of flour
boxes of fruit
decorative car seat covers
were in residences of poor white folk/rednecks. That includes trailor houses.

That is hilarious. I don't think I've seen any of those things. Well, someone sent my parents a box of figs from Harry and David once and they do get boxes of mangoes from the desi store, does that count? |

figs are dried fruit. Lots of people have boxes of dried fruit (think of raisins), so I don't think it counts.
