when the cable part of the tv is turned off but the tv itself isnt. so there's that dark grey screen cuz the tv is on and there's the small annoying ON tv noise

- habitual tardiness
- people who talk really loud on cell phones in public like in the doctors waiting area? yeah. no. stop. awkward
- people who talk to you despite you being clearly not into the conversation...and about stuff that you couldnt care less about
- cold weather
- nails that are too long
