ppl who drink v8 and think theyre drinking something healthy and show off about it like hi, have you read the nutritional chart thing? probably not. or you have and you didnt really understand that is has pretty much..nothing of substantial value. oh wait, it's got sodium. LOTS of it. like, beyond excessive. so that should more than make up for the lack of protein and fat in it, right? no. stop drinking salt please, thanks.
