I've always been a night owl. Lately, I've been going to sleep when the birds chirp after fajr. I survive off of power naps.
My sleeping habits are disgusting.

assalamu alaykum
it's the same with me, bluey, i find it hard not to nap in the day...for like 4 hours. It's the heat, I think.
2:30am. I like getting up at normal times and making pancakes but to do that I need to sleep before 1am.

Glad to know I'm not the only one up. Sigh, yeah I think it's the heat. I find it hard not to, and get really lethargic/lazy if I don't. I had to wake up early in the morning too.
