I was talking to a girl that i got set up with last year and in our convos i increasingly noticed that I didnt get the references she was making and had never heard of most of the musical groups she liked etc. That was fun but it did make me feel old

the best way to make yourself feel young is to marry a girl much younger than you, or if you're a girl marry a dude much older

Clint Eastwood gets paid to act like a six-pack carrying 60-yr old. And those 20-yr olds got paid to be beat up.

When you're 60, I might toss a few pennies your way but that's about it, hope its enough to motivate you to perform.

Speak for yourself. Most people in my family live to be in their late 90's, so 60 is still middle age.

Besides, I may get older but I don't have to grow up.

I'm 2 years older than my husband, so he calls me his 'Granny'. The other week, we were at my parents house bumming a ride off them. Their van was stuck on ice in the driveway, and I was having a difficult time breathing in the car due to the smoke the tires were making. So my brothers and husband get out to start pushing and I wanted to get out cause I couldn't freakin' breathe. I stepped out and slipped hard on ice. Fell on my hip. Hurt like a bizzznitch. Everyone was laughing, my husband came to pick me up and was like, "Awwww my Granny fell and broke her hip".

For days I kept getting severe sharp pains which would cause me to lose balance and fall [most times I caught myself on something]....the entire time I was complaining, that this crap wouldn't be happening to me if I was younger. If I was younger, I would have just been able to walk it off...damn.

I totally resent the times I spent wishing I was older...I wish that I knew what I know now, when I was youngerrrr.
